(FOX)Nike’s announcement Monday it would make Colin Kaepernick the face of its “Just Do It” campaign sparked a firestorm on social media -- and literal fires, too.


Some social media users took to Twitter to showcase their frustrations. Videos and photos showed fans completely destroying their Nike-branded apparel, with some going as far as letting the gear go up in flames.

“First the @NFL forces me to choose between my favorite sport and my country,” Twitter user Sean Clancy wrote. “I chose country. Then @Nike forces me to choose between my favorite shoes and my country. Since when did the American Flag and the National Anthem

Clancy added a video of burning Nike sneakers to his tweet.

John Rich, of the country music band Big & Rich, also shared a photo of the band’s soundman’s cut-up Nike socks.


“Our Soundman just cut the Nike swoosh off his socks,” Rich wrote. “Former marine (sic). Get ready @Nike multiply that by the millions.”


Several other Twitter users joined in and showed how they were boycotting the brand.



Nike announced Kaepernick would be a part of the campaign along with other star athletes, including Serena Williams and Odell Beckham Jr.

“Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything. #JustDoIt,” Kaepernick, who has been with Nike since 2011 and hasn’t played a down of football since he failed to re-sign with the 49ers following the 2016 season, posted on Twitter.

Ex-CIA Director John Brennan and former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad joined a strangely diverse chorus of support for Kaepernick.

Brennan, CIA Director from 2013-2017, tweeted his support for the former quarterback-turned-social-justice-activist.
GRA:Wait until Trump comments.Actually THIS time,he may not have to.Nike has gone completely communist,and at least a few people recognize the figurative middle finger being given to white,middle America.

Now if this kind of girl was the typical immigrant I'd be a lot more positive toward immigration, however, she is very much the exception. These kind of articles are designed to distract away from the fact that refugees, especially from the 3rd world, are skewed heavily male, they come from cultures and countries that practice polygamy and female infanticide which produces vast numbers of surplus males, who they wish to ship to the West. This article is like those news reports you see about the boat refugees from Africa, the boats are filled with 100's of young men and 2-3 women with kids at their breasts and the cameras focus in on the women. If we are not alert to the deceptive presentation of immigration we will suffer the same fate as Europe:

This girl is the veritable Trojan Horse, check out her social activism:

"During this time Youssef said she also became involved with a number of social justice issues. She advocated for the rights of immigrants and volunteered with Syrian refugees who had recently resettled in the Northwest."

So one of the few petty young females that was able to escape the clutches of older men back home, that want to control young females like her, manages to get to the US, that's great, but now she's going to get to work trying to bring as many of her Syrian brothas along with her.

It reminds me of the old hitchhiking scam. One young cute girl with a group of guys are looking for a ride, the guys hide in the bushes and the girl sticks her thumb out, when some poor sap stops for her all the guys jump out and pile in the car with the girl.

Sure she's young and pretty but since we have to accept a 100 young dudes along with her as far as I'm concerned, she can go back to Syria...and take those 100 guys with her.
