YEP fifteen years now and ONLY now the court has decided the jury got faulty instructions.

And it took seven years for the same court to merely decide whether the state death penalty was legal. They did decide it was but it took seven years for them to do so.

They were also found guilty of killing another person on the day prior to the egregious offense.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Seems for the Carr boys there will never be the executions as they are so deserving of.
