Some Cosmopolitan gun controller was looking at the Gun Control Act of 1968 decades after, and noticed that someone had forgotten a comma, and this resulted in the so-called "Streetsweeper" and SPAS-15 shotgun being declared a Class 3 NFA gun, a virtually total ban as a practical matter because only the very persistent will try to get an NFA weapon and pay $200 Fed Tax. Yes, the entire structure of the Executive branch and Judiciary HATES, HATES John Q. Public having weapons that can take on governments, as the Second Amendment was envisioned by the Founders.
