[N.S. Naomi Wolf had her political epiphany sometime during the mid-1990s. She was, at first, a conventional feminazi, whose books , like the beauty myth, young feminazis (like an openly lesbian coed who tried but failed to take over an English comp class at William Paterson college in Wayne, n.j., in 1994), learned to quote verbatim. Her feminism got her a job as a tenured professor of philosophy. However, circa 1995, she had her moral and philosophical epiphany when she realized that although feminists asserted that they were against killing (i.e., justice, as in the death penalty), actually they fully embraced killing, in the form of abortion. At this point, feminazis stopped quoting her. I quoted Wolf in a long essay I wrote on Mary Daly and feminist theology for the journal, DEOLOG, whose publisher, Beth Gould, was not pleased. Then again, as a communist/racial socialist, feminist, animal rights activist, vegan, connecticut heiress and recent nyu grad, Beth was not pleased with anything I wrote. And yet, without me, she had no journal! (She did cut the lede to my feminist theology essay, in which I reported on fat feminazi lesbians marching down fifth avenue on St. Patrick's Day topless, with their big boobs flopping on their chests--a story that everyone but the new york post killed--and trespassed in St. Patrick's Cathedral, committing sacriledge against the host, throwing communion wafers on the floor, and stomping them. In 1997, Beth cut down production from a monthly to a semi-monthly, but faced with a situation in which I was writing the cover story for every issue, she shut down DEOLOG in summer, 1997, after three years-and-change in operation.]

While H.G. Wells was a socialist who believed in a "one world government," I also recall him saying that humanity needs to beware of the "brown and yellow swarms" who could someday overrun the planet. On the other hand, "War of the Worlds" was supposedly a jab at colonialism- a superior race ruthlessly conquering an inferior one without mercy or qualm.
Perhaps a topic that needs further research.
