“doge has found something horrible”--announcement--when?
“(zh) both President Trump and white house press secretary Karoline Leavitt have stated that the department of government efficiency has made a massive discovery, with Trump calling it 'horrible.'”
“speaking from the podium tuesday, Leavitt said 'there has been a discovery. I hate to leave you hanging on a cliff but I don’t want to get ahead of the President on that.
“'but I can confirm there has been a discovery but it’s just not quite ready for release,' she added.
“the comments came after Trump told reporters aboard air force one that doge found something 'horrible.
“'we have found hundreds – think of it – just hundreds of millions of dollars of fraud and abuse and waste. they’re still going strong. they found something today that is horrible, it’s horrible,' Trump said, without elaborating.
“when a reporter asked what it was, Trump remained coy.
“'so what we found – so you’ll find out very soon. what they found is incredible and I give [Elon] a lot of credit. he has some very smart people with him,' Trump said, adding 'I want Elon to stay as long as possible.'”
GRA: federal funds going to sex change operations, queer propaganda? Cover-up money for perverts in congress? Something worse? Stay tuned.

N.S.: I fear that the President is just buying time, after the tariff debacle.

ANOTHER COURT CASE,ANOTHER JUDGE RULES AGAINST TRUMP(VS ASS[OCIATED] PRESS)
(Zh)U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden ruled on April 8 that President Donald Trump’s administration cannot exclude The Associated Press news wire service (AP) from limited-access presidential events, solely based on its refusal to use the name “Gulf of America” instead of Gulf of Mexico.
The AP had sued the Trump administration and some of its press staff after it lost its place in the exclusive, 13-member press pool, which has access to the president in places like the Oval Office, or while traveling on Air Force One.
McFadden ruled that the government infringed upon the AP’s First Amendment rights by denying it access to events on Feb. 11, after it refused to update its style guide to reflect Trump’s order that changed the name of the body of water bordering the southern United States.
On Feb. 25, the White House announced that its press team would decide who was eligible for press pool access, taking that privilege away from the White House Press Correspondents’ Association.
The AP defended itself by saying it was an international outlet, and that most of the world still used the term “Gulf of Mexico.”
McFadden found that the AP had indeed been “excluded from large events far more often than its peers,” although it was sometimes allowed to have a photographer, or a journalist from one of its overseas branches, present.
He also noted that the AP has been “hemorrhaging” money for the past two months, as the quality of its reporting and photography declined due to lost access, and its customers turned to other outlets.
However, the judge did not directly order the White House to grant the AP “permanent access to the Oval Office, the East Room, or any other media event,” but narrowly ruled that once access is granted to other outlets, the AP must not be excluded because of its editorial viewpoint.
“Indeed, the AP is not necessarily entitled to the ‘first in line every time’ permanent press pool access it enjoyed under the [White House Press Correspondents’ Association],” he wrote in his ruling.
GRA:AP is hemorrhaging money? Good--it isn't because of access being denied to the White House--guaranteed.

Oh, yes. AP has money troubles. There's a DONATE button in the top right corner of apnews.com. I've clicked on links to AP from other sites and gotten a popup begging for money. The Gannett and McClatchy newspaper chains dropped AP to cut their costs. AP has done buyouts and layoffs. How charmingly DOGE-like of them to terminate employees.
"As strongly requested by the reviewers, here we cite some references although they are completely irrelevant to the present work."
Still waiting, waiting, waiting. This hit on Wed/Thu: UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD ... over 25,000 over 115 years old collecting $59M...28,000 between 1 and 5 years old collecting $254M...10k not been born yet...$69M" Good news but less than $1 billion total, doesn't live up to the tease. I thought the Treasury stuff, early on in DOGE, with so many payments going under miscellaneous was big news. The paper retirement records under the mountain near Scranton was funny. Maybe they will go back discover Republicans' lost spines buried there, too.
