Remarkable.
Lawyers for Brendan Depa, a 6 foot 6, 270 pound teen, say the school district is responsible for ruining Depa’s… pic.twitter.com/imeBTyuv8J

N.S.: Depa, who is being tried as an adult, was supposed to be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison on Wednesday (May 1). But that didn't happen. Instead, the presiding judge pushed it back to the end of the month, if that.
This says to me that the judge and the msm plan to bury this case, and sentence an ultra-violent, future murderer to as close to nothing as possible.
Depa and his White adoptive (?) mother, have shown no remorse, and have blamed his victim, teacher aide Joan Naydich, for taking away his nintendo switch. Naydich denies having done that, but who cares. You don't get to beat someone almost to death over that.
"Leanne Depa, Brendan's mother, told wesh 2 in february that Brendan came into her life through foster care when he was 5 months old.
"'My worst nightmare is that my son is going to be killed in prison,' she said.

"the Depas adopted Brendan when he was 2 years old. [Now, it's "the Depas." That's the first time I have ever heard the suggestion of a father. If Leane Depa had a husband, he's long since left her.]
"she said he always struggled at a young age, but loves people.
"'he has adhd, oppositional defiant disorder, reactive explosive disorder,' Leanne Depa said." [English translation out of the psychobabble: He's evil.]
"his mother home-schooled Brendan until he was 14 years old, and later, he received more care in an intensive behavior group home.

"'He's not a thug that was just out there and didn't have parents who cared and didn't have ... it was the system that failed him, that he was placed in public school, and that once he was in there, the iep was not followed,' Leanne Depa said. 'people who should have known better than to use his nintendo switch, which was his trigger, as a motivator."
"an iep is an individualized education program under federal law that is developed for each public school student who needs special education."
N.S.: An iep is a trick that allows parents to game the system, i.e., getting their kids unlimited time to take exams, which does not go on students' record. Thus, ultimately an employer will hire someone, not knowing that he must be given unlimited time to complete every task, in a job that is supposed to be completed within a limited amount of time. More dead weight on payroll.

From a 1964 TV GUIDE article on the series EAST SIDE/ WEST SIDE:
Per the producers: The various misfits the social worker "hero" has to deal with are "victims of society"... their "anti-social behavior" is "not their fault"... "criminality is a sickness"... The head honcho, David Susskind, blames "The South" for the series' failure.
The people involved with THE DEFENDERS expressed similar sentiments a few years earlier, though that series gave the illusion of balance and was a success. Series creator Reginald Rose described it as presenting both sides of an issue, but ultimately coming down on the Liberal side. More explicitly evil was E.G. Marshall's comment, "I don't care about the victim, it's the criminal who deserves our help." This is how we got to where we are today.

The brute stomped and hit her while she was on the ground out of it. That was attempted murder. Since done in a school setting that is 3X the normal punishment.
