TCM’s Film Noir of the Week Saturday Night-Sunday Morning at Midnight and 10 a.m. ET is a Japanese film, Take Aim at the Police Van (1960).
The plot, according to satellite direct magazine is: “A sniper kills two prisoners in a police van, and the driver sets out to find the killer.”
N.S.: This sounds like it’s so obscure, that not even Red Eddie has seen it.

The driver had better be Bruce Lee.
Kung fu noir.

TCM's Film Noir of the Week Saturday Night-Sunday Morning at Midnight and 10 a.m. ET is Irving Rapper's Bad for Each Other (1954) with Charlton Heston, Lizabeth Scott, and Dianne Foster.
This has never been considered a Film Noir. The plot per the TCM site is, "A doctor returning from the Korean War must choose between setting up a glamorous practice and helping the poor."
It sounds like a copy of The Citadel (1938). Charlton Heston's first film was a genuine noir, with the evocative title Dark City (1950). His co-star was Lizabeth Scott as well. It's a better film than Bad for Each Other but Red Eddie Muller has never shown it.
