Anonymous said...: Years ago I went to the movies in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a woman from work and her husband. When we came out we found their car was stolen. We called the police and said there was a crumby-looking guy hanging out in the parking lot and maybe he was the thief. The police asked us what color the man was. We said, "White." The police said that couldn't have been the car thief because ALL the car theft there was done by blacks.
