"(axios) former [sic] President Trump said on saturday he 'may or may not release something' over the next couple of months about his choice for vice president.

"why it matters: the gop presidential frontrunner has left room for speculation about who he will choose should he secure the 2024 republican nomination.

"what he's saying: 'there's no rush to that — it won't have any impact at all,' Trump told fox news' chief political anchor Bret Baier when asked about the timeline of his decision on a running mate.

"'the person that I think I like is a very good person, pretty standard. I think people won't be that surprised, but I would say there's probably a 25% chance it would be that person,' Trump said.

"meanwhile, sens. Tim Scott (r-s.C.) and J.D. Vance (r-ohio), along with rep. Elise Stefanik (r-n.y.), are believed to be on the short list of contenders to become Trump's pick for vice president.

"all three campaigned for the former president in new hampshire over the weekend.

"asked whether Scott is on the list now, Trump said 'he's a great guy' and that 'he endorsed me.'"

GRA: Guess I'd sit out the election, if Scott is the choice.

N.S.: That would be Ivanka and Jared at work.

Sitting out the election is a bad choice--the only chance this country has is if Trump wins and fights back against the elites. Scott is not a bad man--just kind of a nothing other than being black. Although I don't approve of how he made his money (pump and dump), Vivek actually seems to be a good influence on Trump. I think Vivek is behind Trump's declaration against digital currency. Vivek also has a list of those unjustly prosecuted by the Biden government--including January 6th defendants--which he says Trump must pardon on the first day. Of course all this is academic unless something is done to cut back election cheating.

On ZH,there's a group that tells others who think that voting harder will not work--"we're beyond voting the country's problems away."

Meaning only civil war can change the path to full commie "America"(not far away).

There's too many of "them" in our big cities and not enough of "us".WE are mostly in small towns--and there are a lot of us there--it just doesn't translate to political power.

The Republicans do have a lot of very good people that would make a VP Don has his works it out for him trying to find the correct mix to go with him. I don’t think he wants somebody like a previous governor from Indiana’s VP anymore but this all remains to be seen, doesn’t it?

Surprise 'em Trump with Steve King(or Rand Paul is another.)

NO bLACKS!

He likes attractive women,so if he's leaning that way, rate the possible females by their looks and if they're below an 8(or 9,probably)they're out.
