black Deja Taylor gets 21 months in prison for her six-year-old's attempted murder of White teacher, Abigail "Abby" Zwerner; but how much time will she actually serve, before she gets affirmative action parole?
Big economic and cultural question, who claims the six-year-old on the taxes? And if Mama Deja scores a big Earned Income Credit jackpot, she probably gets it deposited onto a chime card. Custody of the chime card becomes more important than custody of the killer sixer.
"Taylor's attorney said in a statement to ABC News that the defendant is "extremely remorseful and contrite and takes full responsibility for her actions."
"At no time did she intend for any of these consequences to occur, especially the tragic shooting of the wonderful teacher at the elementary school," the attorney, Gene Rossi, said. "We are hopeful that when she serves her sentence, and when she gets out, she gets the absolutely needed treatment for her addiction, her disease and the challenges she has in her life. I am confident that she is going to have a wonderful rebound in the near future."
GRA:Did SHE said that? No,Taylor's attorney said that. Here's what Taylor's statement would sound like--from HER:
Listen all you all muther****ers,I do what I want.I like my weed,I got a gun and I use it when I feel like it.They tells me I'm an addict and I have to apologize .
BULLSH*T! I don't care about no cracka teacher or that sh*t,I was proud my kid did it.Now go f**k yourselves " Her lawyers cleaned it up a little.

Doesn't sound like 21 months fits under the IRS definition of Temporary Absence.

Probably about a year if that she will be behind bars.
If she has already spent some time in jail waiting trial that will count as good time for early release.
