Since CA, probably no death penalty [CA continues to have capital punishment] but ought to be.
That thing literally doesn't look human, and I don't mean that in a "racist" way. Decades of DNA- damaging drug use, mix in miscegenation and other factors, and you end up with mutants walking the streets. Not just blacks- I used to make sketches of the bizarre types wandering around when I still lived in Manhattan. A frightening new world. -RM

I've seen this happen, black men saying and doing inappropriate things while White people just laugh it off. White men doing the same, and they're all over him.
SNL can go through long stretches being unfunny but still has it's moments.

No one has been executed in Calif since 2006 when Schwarzenegger was governor.
The death penalty is a theoretical possibility in Calif but today no prosecutor will ask for it in part because there is currently a moratorium and it will likely never be lifted. It is probably only a matter of time before it is officially abolished.
