Two things:He laughs at his own joke(very loudly)as if he'd never heard it before("Vote for Trump--he'd be easier to impeach).

At 1:20,what the hell is Sowell doing with his right thumb?That's the strangest mannerism I've ever seen--as if the thumb was a separate entity.
Quite bizarre.
