Rosenbaum was mental and suicidal. He had just gotten out of the mental ward at the hospital that same morning as the shooting. He rushed Kyle swinging that plastic bag they give you at the hospital with directions for further treatment upon release.
That was Rosenbaum that was seen and video taped saying: "kill me nigga, kill me nigga" earlier in the day.
Anyone know the toxicology report on Rosenbaum?
