From that same article:
"In another Texas case, Raul Meza Jr., who was convicted in 1982 of the murder of an 8-year-old girl, was charged with two additional murders in May. Police believe Meza could be responsible for 10 more homicides."
Undoubtedly Raul will be counted as WHITE for Texas criminal recording keeping purposes. Raul maybe could pass as Castilian Spanish but only maybe.

(GRA)Just as a curiousity, I looked up the mass shootings lately and on July 21st--Friday--there were actually no reports of any incidents that qualified as a "mass shooting".It was the first time since July 10th that there weren't any reported and only the 3rd day in July(the 6th)of zero mass shootings.
Ahh,but the country made up for it today with FIVE:Illinois,North Carolina,Tennessee,Texas and Arizona.A total of 4 dead,17 who thought they would be,2 perps were injured(Texas) and 3 arrested(Arizona).
In a span of 10 years,this is now become accepted "normal" behavior.The blacks have always thought so,but the daily bombardment has Whites--as a whole--and me personally ,saying:"The genie is out of the bottle,the horses are out of the barn,and there's no going back. The possibility now exists,in any decent sized city with minorities,you could get shot.

Hispanic serial killers appear to be on a tear this year, outdoing negro ones which is unusual. Three Hispanic serial killers and one White one in 2023. No blacks yet, that I've heard of anyways. It's still uncertain that Jesse Calhoun in Portland is actually a serial killer, police were pretty adamant early on that the deaths of multiple women were not the work of a serial killer because only one died of homicidal violence, the others appeared to have died of drug overdoses, which is not unusual to happen. What was strange was that it was a string of women dying that way when statistically it's more likely to be men. A woman claiming to be Calhoun's girlfriend has said that he knew a couple of the women and supplied them drugs, which suggests he may have had been selling tainted drugs. Police aren't releasing much info on this one so all we have is speculation at this point. Story is already breaking out into the national news, Newsweek, Yahoo, MSN, NY Post, Fox have all run stories on him, nothing on CNN yet but they seem to be about the only one that hasn't. I remember when negro serial killer Homer Jackson was arrested some years back, that story barely got a mention outside of local news reporting.
