Rex Heuermann's brother Craig killed police captain in 1988 crash while 'coked up,' drunk: court records
Craig Heuermann, 57, was "intoxicated and "coked-up" condition in the February 1988 crash in which he later pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and driving while intoxicated, records show.
