Grand Rapids will not report illegal invader arrests to ICE either.That was passed a couple years ago.White,super liberal mayor Bliss and the obese,black police chief,at the time,proudly declared that change in policy to the city at that time.

Undocumented in what way? Do they mean illegal alien. I bet this illegal too will be counted as a "white" serial for police statistical record keeping purposes.
