R.C.: Waste of my tax dollars.
That may be, but the point for me is that there is a tradition in Chicago of political leaders supporting black cut-throats. When Trump got elected, and offered law enforcement help, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and racist black leaders all said they didn't want any law enforcement help, but that Trump was welcome to send cash for more welfare programs. (Welfare programs subsidize black and brown criminals.) Current Mayor Lori Lightfoot reacted the same way to Trump saying he was sending in the feds.
Anyone who cared about the astronomical levels of violent crime in a place like Chicago, would be begging for state and federal law enforcement help, while imposing stop, question, frisk and curfews. Emanuel and Lightfoot have done nothing of the sort. Ergo, they support the colored criminals.

As R.C. said in the story about prayer in Chicago,the city just needs less negroes.Every city that has a 3%(debatable number)negro population,needs less negroes.

I would assume they would be there to protect federal property. Lightfoots will not do so.
