ATR: Shhh…

Don’t call them Mexicans.

Pisses them off.

I knew a guy here in Dallas who claimed to be Apache Indian.

Had a Spanish first name and last name.

Spoke Spanish.

From New Mexico.

Looked like a Mexican.

Yet claimed to be Apache.

MEXICAN WOMAN SAYS TO "GET OUT OF GRAND RAPIDS,"AFTER HOUSE IS FILLED WITH BULLETS--ONE INJURED.
I just watched a rare honest report on WOODTV at 5pm(one is their quota I think)about a drive-up shooting that sent 40 bullets into a house on Lane st NW last Thursday. This area is not far from me,maybe 3/4 to 1 mile--a horrible neighborhood of negro,Mex and very poor whites.
The WOOD report is not yet online, but I'll paraphrase the gist:
Reporter:Tell me what happened.
Mexican woman(blurred face):Last Thursday a car drove up and in our (rented)house,we had 8 kids upstairs and we could hear the shots--many shots--one 14 year old was hit. Most of the damage was downstairs.I'm getting out of Grand Rapids, this is not just happening around here, but EVERYWHERE in the city. There's nowhere to go to get away from it."
GRA:Back to Mexico?Seriously, she's right.Wherever negroes plant their black asses, gunfire is sure to follow.

Update:The Mexican woman was a neighbor who witnessed the gunfire. There's video of it showing blacks running out of the house afterwards. The Mex wants out of the Furniture City,as I said.
"It's getting worse and worse...we're right in the middle of it right now.We have to get out of Grand Rapids."
Black police chief Eric Payne, after saying "this must stop,"refused comment at the suggestion of the entirety of Grand
Rapids being unsafe.
Silence in this case,means agreement.

"GET OUT OF GRAND RAPIDS"--THE ACTUAL REPORT.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Surveillance video shows gunmen opening fire on a Grand Rapids home last week, spraying at least 40 bullets at it.

The Grand Rapids Police Department says eight kids were inside the home on Lane Avenue NW near Second Street when the shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday. One of them, a 14-year-old, was grazed as a bullet flew past her shoulder, but is OK.

The security camera footage shows two cars pulling up to the home and then stopping in front before the shots were fired.

“One girl came outside running and crying, running and covering,” one neighbor recounted.

While News 8 counted at least 40 bullet holes across the front of the house, neighbors say it was closer to 50 rounds fired.

“They could have killed all of those kids,” said the neighbor, who asked not to be identified. “They were on the second floor; maybe that’s why they were so lucky. If they were on the first floor, they could be dead.”

Police are still looking for the people responsible.

Grand Rapids police ID man shot and killed Sunday
Two hours before the shooting on Lane, a 2-year-old was shot and injured in a drive-by on the other side of town. Shortly before that, also on the northwest side of town, a woman was injured when gunfire broke some glass.

Then, over the weekend, there were three more shootings — one of them deadly — and a stabbing.

That brought the number of homicides in Grand Rapids to 20 for the year, exceeding the number for all of 2019. Grand Rapids is on pace to have the most violent year since 1993, when there were 34 homicides fueled by a war between street gangs over drugs.

“They (the police chief) needs to start doing something real soon and fast because this is getting worse and worse,” the neighbor said.

GRPD Chief Eric Payne declined to comment Monday. He previously said the police need more help from the community to stop the violence and solve the crimes.

Neighbors say they’re doing what they can to help. Now, they want police to step up or they’re moving out.

“I want to get out of Grand Rapids because this is getting crazy and this is all in the city of Grand Rapids,” the neighbor said. “We are like in the middle of the year so if this keeps going, it’s going to get worse and worse and we are going to end up with I don’t even know how many homicides.”

My old barber (Austin, Texas) was a great guy named Martin. He sometimes liked to tease his customers, especially kids.

He once told me about a trip he'd made to New Mexico. In addition to visiting Roswell, he claimed that he enjoyed being in the "land of his people", the Hopi.

A couple visits after that, I got my hair cut and Martin wasn't around. I asked the other two barbers if Martin was indeed a Hopi. They laughed out loud and said, "Nah, he's just another Mexican!"

The Hopi Reservation is actually in Arizona--not New Mexico. A lot of Indians have Spanish names and some English names. I met an Indian named "Custer"--he was offended when I asked if he was related to the General. Of course such a thing is quite possible because Custer and his brothers shacked up with Indian women. A lot of Indians are part white and vice versa--but whereas that used to be something people shut up about, now even people who aren't part Indian may make believe they are--like a certain politician who made the claim based on "high cheek bones." In New Mexico many people with Hispanic names are extremely offended if called a Mexican. They like to believe they are descended from the Conquistadors and are therefore white. Some are--there are blond, blue-eyed Hispanics. In the past many Hispanics were listed as white on their birth certificates and insist that is what they are. But many are actually descended from Mexicans who crossed the border much latter than the original Spanish settlers.

Some black dudes claim to be American Indian too. Seminole. Lots of money from tribal fund can be gotten.

Thanks for the correction, Anonymous. It's quite possible that my friend Martin claimed to be Navajo rather than Hopi. He made his joke a long time ago.
