And those negro with a PhD I would hardly venture at the bottom of their field and not in the top tier.

This also fits in with the Rutgers English Dept. story. It's tough teaching apes to speak English.
Scenario:
One black thug to another before a shooting--IF they had learned English:
" Excuse me,fellow negro chap, but I believe you aimed an AR-45 at my dearest friend and proceeded to shoot his cerebrum out of his cranium.I will do the same to you, common criminal."
"Quite all right,I do understand."
(Shooting transpires)"
"Excuse me,I must return to my dwellings and listen to some Bach."
Well,if they talked like that, there probably would BE no shootings, but they cannot--on a wide scale-- learn and process English, spelling, math etc.
So they hire underqualified blacks to work at Princeton--to teach English--which means, they have given up on blacks learning at same level as whites--back to AAAA.
That doesn't cure "systemic racism" against BLACKS--which isn't real or an accurate description--it destroys any incentive for blacks to attempt to learn and incorporates MORE "systemic racism" against qualified whites.
For educated people, educators appear to be,as dumb as...niggers.

Humanities professors should try thinking? Their brains, such as they are, aren't capable of it.
