A Massachusetts Restaurateur is Begging Black Supremacists' Forgiveness for His Old, “racist” Dress Code

A Massachusetts restaurant is repealing its "racist" dress code, with the owner apologizing to protesters for not realizing the impact of his policy, according to reports. About 100 demonstrators gathered outside Nathan Bill's Bar and Restaurant in Sprin



ATR: A former acquaintance here in Dallas had worked as a bartender for years.

For the most part he worked at steakhouses or high-end restaurants.

He told me that many of the nice bars and restaurants in Dallas, particularly in the affluent or trendy areas, would have cover charges, sometimes stiff ones, to dissuade negroes from frequenting the establishment.



ATR: The cover charge was a way to circumvent dress code requirements, requirements that might have a "disparate impact" upon negro patrons.
