One of my VDARE editors, James Fulford, has written an essay on the new law.
Said law is unconstitutional, because its intent is to wage racist lawfare on whites, in violation of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. No more, and no less.
Note that it was only passed as a continuation of the most notorious hate crime hoax in recent years, the Jussie Smollett Hoax. That fact may not automatically make it unconstitutional, but weighs heavily against it.

When was the last child sexual assault you've read about anywhere that was not an alien invader from down south? I can't even remember. No word on his citizenship status...as if it matters, the piece of filth should never been allowed to immigrate here, or his parents from a culture that believes child sex abuse is alright. Wonder how long before he's released back into society, my guess is not long at all.
