[Previously, at WEJB/NSU:
“‘F--k That White Girl, She Don’t Mean Nothing to Me!’: The Long-Suppressed, Racist Statement by Defendant George Thomas”; and
“George ‘Fuck That White Girl’ Thomas Gets Sentenced to Life, Plus 50 Years for Knoxville Horror.”]
George Thomas and his attorneys are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to step in. They argue that former Judge Baumgartner could not sit in judgment on someone while committing crimes himself.
They mentioned specifically Baumgartner's allowing the “Fuck that white girl” comment that a police officer said Thomas made to him during interrogation.
N.S.: Why am I shocked by this development?! Why am I shocked? And how do the parents of the victims cope with each new surreal outrage? It must all seem like a bad dream that they’re bound to wake up from any second, now.
P.S. So that no one gets the wrong idea about my associate, David in TN, he did not write out the f-word; I did. He just used four dashes. I try to avoid using profanity on this blog, but I made an exception in this case.

Life sentences? They should all have been ushered into hell via the death penalty.
For those that like to read action / adventure books with a special flair the following book is for you. The book is one of the newest listings on Amazon and Kindle.
“C. C. Conrad has done what almost no other action novelist has dared to do. He gives us, not cartoon cutout characters who tell us what we want to hear and who go through the motions we’ve seen a thousand times before, but real people facing the same violent, disintegrating society we do, who are not afraid to cut out the rot of the corrupt system, and the rot of their own souls, with a righteous sword.” Kevin Alfred Strom, author and broadcaster.
