Good news and bad news on Victor Davis Hanson

Four paragraphs from Victor Davis Hanson on immigration enforcement
by Victor Davis Hanson

"to sum up public opinion, the proverbial 'people' want all criminal illegal aliens deported as soon as possible, and they may even support the deportations of all 10-12 million illegal aliens who came en masse, unaudited, and with the de facto blessing of the Biden administration.

"but that said, they want the act of deportation of the non-criminal to be out of sight, out of mind—as if magically they can simply disappear and thus either self-deport or assemble at ice stations eager to be sent at no cost home.

"for now, Walz, Frey, and Ellison are upping the rhetoric, fanning the violence, and talking openly about how best to nullify federal law and impede federal enforcement. they are convinced that they have galvanized national opposition to the hated Trump, smothered the somali fraud scandal, and stopped ice deportations of their constituents.

"in all of those assumptions, they have little idea they are following the Confederate script to the letter. and like their spiritual forefathers of 1861, they grow ever more cocky, boastful, and defiant as they create martyrs, spread narratives of victimhood, and daily slouch toward another Fort Sumter."

GRA: Well, unless our military divides into two sides, what it would turn into is a race war--with some Whites joining the blacks and mex, fighting against Whites (and those new weapons P.T. used in venezuela).

Ouch.

As VDH said [to paraphrase], 'these spics are treated like martyrs by the media.'

Drinking game last week on The (Witches') View, Ana Navarro talked about this "5-year-old, wearing a little bunny costume" [the illegal alien] at least enough times to get you legally bombed in five minutes.

O'Reilly announces tonight that Victor Davis Hanson has lung cancer

GRA: Bill O'Reilly, on tonight's show, talked about illegal invaders and mentioned, real quickly, the VDH column I posted last week, where Hanson compared today to the pre-Civil war.

Then Bill said, "I sent Victor a note of condolence, because, you know, he has lung cancer."

Maybe the cancer was known by insiders, but now we ALL know about mr. Hanson's plight.

He's written some excellent columns and some that weren't, but VDH is yet another sensible voice, who apparently is down to a certain number of commentaries, at a time we need all the Patriots we can muster up.

I looked up the spelling of mr. Hanson's name and found further info--courtesy of Fox.

Hanson said, "a biopsy revealed the cancer and surgery was performed. something went wrong with bleeding and they had to do a second surgery, causing an even slower recovery. I won't feel right for a while. the cancer itself is genetic and may not respond to chemo or radiation and has a 40% chance of recurring. but I took the chance."

VDH, best wishes, that you beat the damn thing.
