Trying to do cost-benefit analyses in an age of chaos
As I asked, what costs more: Housing mentally ill in semi-permanent mental health facilities, in giveaway apartments (paid by taxpayers/government) or in prison. What’s effective is the second question. In high school, I never heard of a mass shooting every day of the week—once a year—if then. Is it just crazy mex and blacks?
