GRA: NOAA (National Observers of African Americans) has issued a "Severe negro Watch" for all states south and east of a line, from Minnesota to Colorado to Arizona through next Tuesday--due to extreme heat. NOAA reminded everyone that when similar atmospheric conditions have previously occurred, black crime--shootings, murder, rape, arson and robbery--has always--AT LEAST doubled the usual amount.
Temps are forecast to be in the 90s today, in the Western areas, with the heat spreading through Michigan, starting Saturday and into New York by Monday. This is, at minimum, a four day heat wave--prompting the need for NOAA to issue this "Severe negro Watch."
Be on the alert for large groups of porch monkeys, street monkeys, and store monkeys, behaving even more hyper and threatening than you've seen them act in lower temperatures.
Warnings will be issued, as needed, by your local police, NOAA, and some media.
