I saw Ashleigh Banfield's News Nation show tonight which was devoted to the Idaho student murders. Ashleigh had the father of one of the victims, Mr. Gonsalves, who was very angry about the plea deal.
Mark Geragos, celebrity defense attorney, was on the show. In his unctuous style, Geragos thought the evidence was "only circumstantial" with an acquittal possible. Or so Geragos seemed to think.
Ironically Geragos didn't refer to his present clients, the Menendez brothers, who he is hoping to get out of prison in a few months from their "Life Without Parole" sentence.
As long as a prisoner is alive, he can get out. The same goes for Kohberger.
