mEX mass shooting reported by mEX police department in california; five of six shot thinking about taking a long siesta

Details:

“on june 21, 2025, at 10:56 p.m., deputies assigned to the Moreno valley sheriff’s station responded to a report of a shooting in the 12000 block of orchid lane, Moreno valley. upon arrival, deputies located a male near the area of hemlock avenue and orchid lane, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. while at the scene, deputies discovered four additional males suffering from gunshot wounds. deputies immediately rendered medical aid, and all victims were subsequently transported to local area hospitals for treatment of life-threatening injuries. a sixth victim arrived at a local hospital and was determined to be connected to the same incident. the ages of the victims range from 14 years of age to 18 years of age.

“deputies checked the area for the suspects [sic] responsible for the shooting; however, they were unable to locate them. this investigation is ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.

“anyone with information on this case is encouraged to call investigator Saul Fernandez at the Moreno valley sheriff’s station at 951-486-6700.

Such a pleasant sounding place, at the corner of Hemlock and Orchid. Could have built a pop hit around that phrase in the 40s or 50s.
