"Friday: appeals court restores Trump [sic] control of national guard 'until tuesday hearing'"

"(zh) update: just hours after Clinton-appointed activist judge Charles Breyer ordered Trump to relinquish control of california’s national guard troops to gov. Gavin Newsom, who sued to block Trump’s deployment earlier this week, a federal appeals court preserved President Donald Trump’s ability to deploy the national guard to los angeles, blocking for at least a few days a judge’s order that found the call-up illegal and unconstitutional.

"a three-judge panel of the 9th circuit court of appeals blocked judge Breyer’s order just hours after he issued it, amid an urgent push from the Trump administration to vindicate Trump’s power as commander in chief.

"the three-judge panel included Trump appointees Mark Bennett and Eric Miller, as well as Biden appointee Jennifer Sung. they set a tuesday hearing on the matter, ensuring Trump’s deployment will remain in place at least into next week.

WHY WE WANT SPICANOS OUT OF THE COUNTRY--IN ONE STORY:GRAND RAPIDS' mEX,STEALS A WOMAN'S CAR AT GUNPOINT,DRIVES TO ARKANSAS,TRIES TO KILL COPS IN A SHOOTOUT(AND LOSES)

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Grand Rapids man has died after sparking a shootout with Arkansas State Police, authorities say.

ASP identified the suspect as 33-year-old Felipe Millan-Gomez. He was wanted in connection to an armed carjacking that happened Monday in Manistee County(GRA:120 miles north of Grand Rapids).

According to the Manistee County Sheriff’s Office, the carjacking happened Monday morning in Onekama, a village about 12 miles northeast of Manistee. The suspect allegedly jumped out of an SUV and approached a woman as she got into her vehicle in her driveway.

“(He) walked up and entered the passenger side of her vehicle, brandished a handgun and told her to drive,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release. “As she was driving, the woman was able to jump out of the vehicle and flag down a passerby. The male suspect then jumped over the center console and drove off with the woman’s vehicle.”

MCSO said the victim knew Millan-Gomez. Investigators instructed the public to consider him armed and dangerous and to not approach him.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, ASP and officers with the U.S. Marshals Service initiated a traffic stop on eastbound I-40 near Carlisle, Arkansas — about 30 miles east of Little Rock.

Milan-Gomez left his vehicle and engaged in gunfire with law enforcement. He was shot several times.

So the Onekama woman knew the Grand Rapids man who had "absconded from parole", hmmmm.

Obit: Señor Millan-Gomez leaves behind several priors, a lonely parole officer, various other acquaintances with unpleasant memories, at least one firearm, EBT card(s) and Obamaphone(s) which is(are) likely to continue to autorenew for July and beyond, and regrets that he wasn't able to take more of what he thought America owed him.

She woke up every day determined to make this state a better place. She is irreplaceable and will be missed by so many."

Unlike the Maytag repairman, parole officers(who oversee minorities) don't twiddle their thumbs for more than a
minute--if that. Job security is rampant.

"CREDIBLE THREAT AGAINST STATE LEGISLATORS" IN TEXAS--NO COVERAGE--SUSPECT ARRESTED

(cbs noise)In Texas, state legislators received a "credible threat" against them ahead of the planned protest at the state capitol building in Austin, the state's Department of Public Safety said. A suspect was later arrested.

Meanwhile, why are commies on their good behavior today? Many of the photos I see are Whites--who,if they're at "No Kings" protests--we know are democrats.Whites are less violent--that's part of it. Was their ardor
cooled off by the double murder in Minnesota? The outbreak of war in the Middle East? As of 9:29 pm,it's unusually calm, some confrontations in L.A.,but honestly, today has been a lot of commies just taking a walk in whatever city they happen to live in.
