Aftershock during seventh race, at Tehran racecourse and casino, causes wild finish, disqualifications
(Tehran Daily Camel) A large aftershock, from yesterday's 5.2 earthquake, made for an unexpected finish during the seventh race at Tehran's Racecourse, Saturday.
The 4.4 jolt, during the stretch run, caused the three leading horses--"Infidel Bride," "Mister Mohamm-Ed," and "Hillary's Server" to toss their respective jockeys into the air--and onto the other jockey's horses--who then crossed the finish line, something never seen before in horse racing hisssstory.
After an inquiry that lasted some 15 minutes, those winning horses were placed last for "illegal jockey transfer," moving the fourth place horse, "No Internet" (14-1) into the winner's circle (what's left of it).
Completing the trifatwa: "Radioactive Raja" (10-1) and "There's a Hole in that Mountain" (8-1).
The exakbar paid $125.00 and the trifatwa returned $1,111.11.

That's a scream, GRA!
(Tehran Daily Camel)There are conflicting reports of whether the "aftershocks" were actually explosions from the"bunker-buster" bombs being dropped by U.S. forces on nuclear facilities in Iran.
The Daily Camel will attempt to sort factwa from shitwa and give you the truth(wa).
