Update on the Christopher Schurr show trial; white grand rapids chief of police Eric Winstrom clearly supports black supremacists; video shows blacks screaming into White seniors’ faces today; no verdict at 4 p.m.

video shows blacks screaming into White seniors’ faces today; no verdict at 4 p.m.

The pro-Schurr people were carrying blue American flags and you KNOW the blackies for lyoya got close enough to agitate and then bump into a flag, which then gave the blackies “permission” to assault the Whitey.

blacks like to invent lame-o reasons to start something. Deport to africa.

(GRA) More screaming by blacks into White folks’ faces this morning. wood downplayed it, but the video was aggravating to me, with a black 20-year-old yelling and pointing at a guy with a walker and then in the face of a 70+ year old lady.

wood maintained, “everything was cool today, as the outdoor temperature warmed up.”

“Cool,” meaning no bricks to the heads of White seniors, baseball bats, or gunshots.

And the jury is still deadlocked, as of 4 p.m.

N.S.: grand rapids police chief Erik Winstrom is a pathetic, white Uncle Tom.

It is rule one of demonstrations 101, that when when opposing groups demonstrate, the police must form a human barrier between the groups, keep them apart, and arrest anyone who violates the barrier.

In practice, police chiefs increasingly engage in anarcho-tyranny policing, permitting black supremacist and antifa rioters to brutalize peaceful, lawful, White demonstrators. black supremacist Charlottesville police chief Alfred Thomas deliberately did this (and said so to witnesses) during the antifa/black supremacist riot on August 12, 2017, which made him an accessory before and after the fact to every crime committed that day, and made him guilty of facilitation of the murder of Heather Heyer.

Under the rule of crime in “America,” we are seeing more and more police chiefs that are more organized crime bosses than enforcers of the law.

Young negroes start salivating when they see seniors to bully, a protest gives them a pretext and justification. Not that they really need it, they'd be happy to do it just to do it.

PROSECUTOR(BECKER)DEFERS ON DECISION FOR RETRIAL;WILL NOT DISCLOSE JURY VOTING BREAKDOWN(DEFENSE ATTORNEY DOES)

GRA:Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker held a presser after the mistrial declaration in the Christopher Schurr trial and put off making a decision on any charges being refiled,"for a while".

Becker gave no information about the jury breakdown,as to which jurors were in favor or against acquittal, but said his conversations with them will influence his choice for or against a retrial.

"There was no chance--no matter how long they stayed-- of a verdict. This was a good jury, they took notes, but this was a tough case and we knew there was a chance of a hung jury."

Becker said a decision of a retrial should be completed before June.

"uncle ben" crump and ven johnson ,the civil attorneys for the lyoyas will also hold a presser.

Matt Borgula,Schurr's defense attorney said,"a retrial should not be done, there was not enough evidence to bring the case in the first place."

He also brought up a point about a prosecution witness who claimed that "officer created jeopardy",where an officer's decision to chase--and whether it's reasonable or not to do so--should cause the officer to be held liable for any events afterwards.

"It should not."

The defense attorney DID mention,"the jury was overwhelmingly for aquittal."

Borgula also said that(negress) judge Christina Mims showed that "she had feelings about the case, indicating that there was some degree of non-objectivity in this matter."

Ven Johnson, surrounded by two Lyoyas and Robert Womack,a local black who pushes the blm agenda, asked Chris Becker for a retrial.

Finally,Johnson referred to the civil case, saying,"a mistrial is a mixed bag(influence-wise) after a mistrial on the criminal side, but it will move forward. We have a lower burden of proof in a civil case. We believe our civil case is very strong."

To the city's credit, they did not settle with the lyoyas early,as many cities do in cases where blacks(and crump) are screaming about "justice."
