Felix Rojas, a 44-year-old illegal immigrant [sic] from mexico, has been charged with the depraved act of raping a corpse on a manhattan subway train.
"the new york post has exclusively learned that Rojas, who allegedly defiled the body of 37-year-old family man Jorge Gonzalez, crossed the U.S.-mexico border at least five times before his arrest, evading authorities until this sickening crime.
"Rojas, also known as Felix Jeronimo-Rojas, unlawfully entered the United States multiple times in the late 1990s, according to an ice spokesperson. border patrol agents encountered him three times in 1998 and once in 1999, each time allowing him to voluntarily return to mexico.
"however, Rojas managed to slip back into the country undetected at least one more time, remaining under the radar until his arrest by nypd officers on sunday night for the shocking april 8 incident.

the New York Post reported:
Surveillance footage showed Rojas first rifle through Gonzalez's pockets to allegedly rob him, then return to sexually assault the man's corpse, prosecutors said.
The alleged necrophiliac repeatedly zipped up his pants and pulled Gonzalez's trousers up as the train stopped to avoid being caught in the perverted act, according to prosecutors.
The debased rape unfolded over the course of more than 30 minutes, prosecutors said.
Gonzalez's death is believed to be from natural causes, sources have said.
Rojas, who faces multiple charges of rape and grand larceny, was ordered held without bail.
He had submitted a "passport from another country" when he turned himself in to the NYPD, prosecutors said, but officials didn't publicly reveal his immigration status until now.

With tariffs being pulled back and deportations at a crawl, there's really not much going on--except talk--so far.

The FBI and the CIA need to be cleaned out--where are the arrests? I thought Trump claimed he would quickly get rid of all illegal aliens. Now it only seems to be gang members he is targeting --Trump seems to be backing off his promises.
Staffing is the problem. There's only so many ICE. As someone (ahem!) said a few years ago, volunteers and bounties would be needed to process the sheer numbers. Ex-military, off-duty law enforcement, etc. And have ICE focus on the bon voyage, farewell, be sure to visit the gift shop on your way out. And even that was before Biden's Welcome Wagon.
DOJ Ditto. Only so many like-minded lawyers over there. They could arrest Fauci and Comey and McCabe and Mayorkas and Eisen and a hundred others tomorrow - then what? Acquittals from corrupt politicized judges,
more acquittals because some commie holdovers at DOJ threw the game, and we've lost several months time and given the media lots of material and we're worse off than when we started.
Let's see if we can put that Wisconsin judge in jail by year's end and maybe a mayor or two, even just one governor, all for plain-as-day open-and-shut violations.
I enjoy reading Kunstler's conjectures about vast RICO cases that ensnare lots of big names but the legal system is what it is. Slow. And corrupt.
