Good! And if there's a shutdown in March (debt ceiling and/or pouting democrats) I want federal employees to be put on notice that there will NOT be full back-pay when the shutdown ends. Shutdown time no longer means free bonus vacation time. Go ask your state for unemployment, just like a laid-off private sector worker would do. Hopefully it's Executive-Order-able and it gets Executive-Ordered.
