The infowars article stated that millions of Ukrainian men are dead but that is likely a wild exaggeration:

This Newsweek article starts out with a figure of 500K between both Russia and Ukraine but that appears to be a high estimate, various sources are cited, one that give a number of Ukrainian soldier deaths as low as 70K total. Those are deaths, casualty numbers are much higher but it's not just men, there are female Ukrainian soldiers also who get killed and civilian deaths include many women and children.
The real drain on "manpower" might be draft dodging males fleeing the country:

Maybe they could import some of those negroes, muzzy and paki men and put them on the front lines to soak up bullets. Kind of like the Chinese did with soldiers during the Korean war. That way they would serve a useful purpose by helping keep more true Ukrainians alive and won't be around to bedevil the Ukraine afterward. White live matter.
