Pretty obvious this is a guy, you can hear his voice and just look at the face and body in the video, but I noticed in all the news reports the narrators were careful to use the 'proper' female pronouns. Gotta be pc, even toward homicidal lunatics.
He was rucky to survive that episode of "negroes gone wild".
