She's doing what all liberal women do to young girls: Teaching them to be victims and encouraging depression and suicidal thoughts rather than actually trying to deter them.
If she really wanted to "empower" young girls, she'd tell them that "cyberbullying" means nothing if you don't read it. So don't read it.
If she ever experienced the real kind of bullying, it would have been by jealous dark skinned negro women who hate pretty light skinned "negro" women with caucasian features almost as much as blonde haired White women.
