A trip to Mexico that a brother and sister bonded over ended tragically when 23-year-old Isaac Lopez was shot to death. His family said he was killed while driving in Rosarito. He was a beloved actor with the Old Town Temecula Community Theater.

I used to live near the border--I never went to Mexico-(heard too much about it). And I never will. You know, it is full of Mexicans.
Hey you NSUncensoredites! Day 16 of no power after Helene and that's on a main highway a couple miles outside the city limits. More cynical than ever about "the poor" and FEMA (scam city, more than Earned Income Tax Credit and SNAP/EBT). Caught a glimpse of the Red Cross (more cynicism for that crowd) shelter downtown... we need a hypersuperlative form of "forlorn" to begin to describe that scene. Railroad put in portable generators to power crossing eqpt and guess what, some have vanished, imagine that. Wish some hoodrat would steal my neighbor's running 24/7 but he likes to flaunt his money and Princess Privilege needs her breakfast ice cream at just the right texture. I'll be back with more pessimism and venom in time for Queen Kamala's coronation... if the lights ever come back on. Until then, conserving devices' battery to avoid the scene at McD's etc.

A.T.:No power is absolutely no good,sorry to hear that as well. Longest "no power" I had was a week--a few years ago(8-10). Maybe it might've happened twice,once in winter and once in summer. When the trees go down,the wires follow. Any estimates from your power company? Hoping they are faster than their estimates. It happens sometimes.

(Breitbart) An elderly couple's home was invaded Friday by masked minorities,during which time,the husband was murdered in his basement,while his wife was tied to a chair.
Video shows two individuals pretending to be DTE workers,knocking on the couple's front door and telling them the work team needed to come inside to check for "a gas leak." Instead,the two utility impersonators, "gruesomely" slaughtered the 72 year old man,identified as Hussein Murray,in his basement.
"Mr. Murray led the two downstairs and was violently murdered,"Sheriff Michael Bouchard reported to the press.
"The hispanic person shown in the video was arrested in Louisiana,while 'a skinny black' has yet to be arrested," Bouchard continued. The deceased man's wife was admitted to a hospital and then released soon after.
