If the Chicago Tribune was a real newspaper anymore,they could uncover plenty about black cops laying off of black thugs.

I posted that story last week sometime,by the way,I heard the news on Chicago radio.

Thanks for the heads-up, GRA. I had recalled reading it, but thought it was from about a day ago, and searched and searched for it in recent comments, and then among recent e-mails, and with the witching hour approaching, gave up and googled for stories. I'll look again, only further back.
