“grand rapids, mich. (wood) — police have identified the two men who were killed sunday in a shooting in downtown grand rapids.
“the victims are 28-year-old Jashaun Morgan and 31-year-old Eliot ‘Rico’ Flores, according to the grand rapids police department.”

“the shooting happened around 1 a.m. sunday near the intersection of Cesar E Chavez avenue sw and cherry street, while bars were still open and people were leaving a nearby concert. officers found one man dead at the scene. another man was taken to the hospital, where he died. police say a third man was shot in the leg but is expected to recover.”
GRA: Yes, that area is on the border where black and mex ghettos intersect. A rather large area, at that.
