That's a given--and so are his relatives and friends.Cops could go door to door in the ghetto and find enough blacks to arrest that would solve many crimes.

Hmmm,there's something both crimes have in common,but no one can figure it out--it's damn frustrating--might be the key to a lot of these types of crimes--hmmm(head scratch).
