Then move all the blacks out of your city,ban all blacks from riding on city transportation.Stop the easy bail practice.Send minority repeat offenders,with a predilection for violence,to prison for a decade--BEFORE they have a shootout in public.Gangsta thugs you focus on first.Err on the side of public safety--not thug rights.You're not here to protect thugs from prison,but protect the public from thugs.
