By N.S.

Hope he gets every penny...Heck, if I was on the jury, I'd vote to double the amount.

Back wages, plus interest, and then punitive damages. Also, this professor needs to have some black folks telling him how to do things right they are well aware of how to do that sort of stuff they get a lottery in action almost for a white professor.

And UCLA will go right back to their blm philosophy.I'd like to know who will pay the damages--the school itself,an insurance fund or a bill gates type billionaire?

Might be worth knowing to see how deep the school's pockets are.

Many years ago when I was a student at the University of Michigan, a graduate assistant told me that no one would dare flunk a black student--all hell would rain down on him for doing so. Instead, he said, everyone gives a black student a passing grade to get rid of him and pass him on to the next class without getting in trouble. So black privilege has existed for decades resulting in affirmative action degrees for blacks who didn't really earn them.
