Maybe it was Lenin who said that when the time comes to hang the capitalists, they will bid on supplying the rope. We would not be facing such a powerful and dangerous enemy as China if Nixon hadn't listened to traitor or idiot, kissenger and made nice with China. Then decades of greedy American and Taiwanese businessmen invested in China, outsourced to China, and imported their junk--allowing them to grow and invest so much in their military. Brain dead libertarians preached that when Chine became prosperous they would throw off communism and become a free country. Well it hasn't happened yet. The true form of Chinese government is fascism--where government and private business are in bed together.
