A more sordid sounding story has to do with his skin lightening. Rumor was he was spanking the monkey so much that the skin on his member started getting white patches. This was so embarrassing to him that he did a full body skin lightening procedure to camouflage the white patches. His chronic masturbation was due to his sexual frustration at not getting enough of the kind of action from underage boys he wanted, he was no longer functional with women and his perverted desires were not being satisfied nearly enough.

Correct. The one boy at the civil trial was able to ID the blotches on the "member" of Wacko Jacko.
Jacko also was outraged he had to undergo what he called a very humiliating physical exam. A doc probably had to stimulate the man so he got and erection and everything could be seen clearly.
I think the story about the nose is that the first surgery was not a 100 % unqualified success. He had the second surgery to repair some damage. The doc said no more surgery or the nose would collapse.
