Doesn't matter if Wells Fargo collapses, as long as the fed bails them out. Bank execs do whatever they want to maximize profits even if the financial shenanigans ultimately doom the bank to failure. They made money for themselves, the inside traders and their shareholders. The bank will be reorganized, new nameplates are put on their offices and the head honchos walk away withes their lucrative golden parachutes. Rinse and repeat.
The real disaster happens when the government can't mathematically pay off the debt and they default. It will be the end of bank bailouts and the beginning of true bank failures where your savings accounts are simply gone.
Not a matter of if, but when. For us over the age of let's say, 60 or so, maybe not in our lifetime but our children will not escape the catastrophe.
For us who have something tangible like real estate to pass on or skills applicable to any economy, the kids will be better off but owning guns would probably be advisable. Negroes and Mex are bad enough in times of plenty, imagine what they'll be like when the collapse happens.
If the wheels come off the stage, you know what they say: "Women and minorities hardest-hit."
