The homeowner will be in prison within two years.These days,you cannot attempt to fetch stolen stuff and kill the perp.You have to call the worthless law enforcement spicanos like Ed Gonzales and have them do a half hearted look for the criminals and the bbq--which they'd never find.
I'm assuming Mex did the stealing?

Normally in Chicago the fifty gallon drum would be stolen, cut in half and made into a BBQ pit. That was a common sight in the "hood".
