I looked up the demographics for Austin and just about snapped the pipe I was smoking,in half.

66% White
8% black?
8% spicano?

How have they managed that?

Actually,I don't smoke--that was strictly for effect.

A safe space for Negroes. The greatest danger to a Negro is another Negro. The greatest danger to a young black man is another black man by far the case where those people are is never a safe, space simple as that.
