Dog?It's probably a lot lower grade of meat than that.
Dog on the weekends,if you're lucky--otherwise,ithe ingredients are most likely Pedro or Julio from last week's Mex mass murder--OR maggot infested raccoon from the road.

In the upscale town of Kirland, Washington--a place with expensive restaurants and art galleries, this last September, 34 people were sickened after eating at a taco truck. The truck was then shut down by the health department. I have always been leery of eating at roach coaches, although I have eaten food sold alongside the road by American Indians.
Dog cat and maggot taco also available in Mexico City. Enjoy if you can.
