Too soon for an arrest.The cops wait for the case to go cold,then,in 35 years,they pick up a 50-60 year old black to serve
a minor amount of time in a black retirement home(prison) after a life of crime.
Arrests in these cases within a year are extremely rare,let alone EVER.
