It was a good shoot should’ve never even been considered by a grand jury that me and it was a shooter could not positively tell whether or not the toy gun was the toy gun. He was under attack at least in his mind, and that is correct he was.
The shooter reasonably believed the shooter had a real gun anytime anybody produces a firearm at the scene of a crime. They are telling you whether they realize it or not I intend to kill you.
Fortunately this was in Texas and the Grand Jury evidently wasn't made up of leftists like they would be in say, Minneapolis. Sounds like the government prosecutors were glad they couldn't be blamed for not prosecuting the hero shooter.
