At the time of his sentencing, when he attacked the judge, he was involved in plea-bargaining for no jail time and yet he still attack the judge. He will probably get jail time for attacking the judge but that somehow will be plea bargain down to you wait and see.
They showed the bad guy in prison shackled with a spit hood on his head. He needed to put one of those electrical shock best on him to give him an instantaneous jolt. If he acted up again, that is probably consider to be cruel and usual punishment, however.
